Required New Hire Training
A 45-minute orientation every Heart of Illinois Home Care employee must complete, sign, and pass before their first client assignment.
Before you begin
- • The training is 10 short lessons and takes about 45 minutes.
- • Each lesson unlocks the next after a few minutes of reading — you can't skip ahead.
- • This orientation is the first step of your 10 required hours. Finish the rest in the 10-Hour Training Library.
- • At the end you take a 10-question quiz. You need 80% or better to pass.
- • You then type your name as your signature. Your record is saved for the agency's file.
- • Please finish in one sitting. Closing this page starts you over.
